Experiment on the Egg Shell Pentration of Salminella Typhimurium and It¢¥s Isolation

Abstract
This experiment was conducted that isolation of Salmonella typhimurium from natural infected chicken and survey of S. typhimurium reactor by rapid plate agglutinaion test in chickens. Penetration patterns of S. typhimurium in eggs shell was observed in three area; namely, cuticle, outer membrane and inner membrane of the eggs and observed at different time and temperature.
The results were as follows:
1. Two strains of S. typhimurium was isolated from natural infected chickens and 1.9 percent of reactor was observed among 949 chickens.
2. Salmonella typhimurium could not penetrate egg shell at 10¡É., however, S. typhimurium could penetrate egg shell higher than 20¡É. and prolonged incubation time.
3 Eleven day¢¥s chicken embryonated eggs were died from 1 day after smear of S. typhimurium on the egg shell at 37¡É.
4. S. typhimurium was penetrated more rapidly on the air sac region rather than any other part of the egg.
